Hi, my name is Lenny Torres and I am an Agile Coach and leader in digital transformation and IT strategy. My favorite title, however, is servant leader.
In a decade of professional experience, I have handled the workflow of multiple local and offshore scrum teams and led high-performing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in successfully delivering a myriad of complex, large applications. It is important to me that every company I partner with is enabled to succeed by way of an effective transformation and mindset shift. I am committed to coaching and empowering teams to deliver quality software without losing focus on the value of relentless improvement and innovation.
